All you do is, ask a question. Yep, it's that simple. The first person to answer the question correctly then gets to ask the next question and so on and so on. Just wait until the person asking the question confirms that it is correct before asking the next question. I also think, seeing as it hasn't aired in the US yet, that we should stick to Doctor Who and leave Torchwood out of this game. We'll also keep it to the new series as well for now, maybe including the classic Doctors at a later stage.
Ok, I'll kick us off with this question.
